And throughout the process, we’ll proactively send you progress reports from the field complete with job information, team member contact information, description of work, next steps, any related considerations and progress photos. Enjoy dependable, complete and archivable communication and visuals.
You’ll also receive real time digital punch list reports to track any issues, warranty claims and resolution progress. These reports and conducted, sent and stored in real time from the field to speed up the process and remove human error.
All progress and punch list reports are stored in your customer portal and can be viewed, downloaded or shared at any time.
